Maximilian Woloszyn

Max trained at the Northern Districts Gymnastics Club with coach Igor Bespalov, before moving to the National Centre of Excellence (Canberra) in 2014 to further enhance his gymnastics career, he now trains alongside other National Team members.

After returning from an ACL tear in 2012, Max made his his senior debut at the 2013 Australian Gymnastics Championships and came ninth in both the Rings and Vault.

Competing in All-Around in 2014, Woloszyn finished 12th overall, and also came equal fifth in the Parallel Bars and sixth in the High Bar, and was selected as a non-travelling reserve for the 2014 World Championships team.

Unfortunately, Max ruptured his ACL at the Australian Championships but is on the road to recovery and looks to represent Australia in the future.
